ITIL® Service Design is ITIL Intermediate module in Life Cycle track. This module focuses on the IT Service Design Concepts to design IT infrastructure as per Service Strategy guidelines aiming to minimizing the total cost of ownership. ITIL Service Design has several processes : Design Coordination, Service Catalogue Management, Service Level Management, Risk Management, Capacity Management, Availability Management, IT Service Continuity Management, Information Security Management, Compliance Management, Architecture Management, Supplier Management. The main goal is to build resilient IT infrastructure design minimizing the total cost of ownership considering the guidelines from strategy.

Course Objectives
