ITIL® Service Transition is a ITIL Intermediate module in Life Cycle track. This module focuses on the implementation part of the IT Service Management as per the Design guidelines from Service Design phase. ITIL Service Transition has several processes: Change Management, Change Evaluation, Project Management (Transition Planning and Support), Application Development, Release and Deployment Management, Service Validation and Testing, Service Asset and Configuration Management, Knowledge Management. The main goal is to build and deploy IT services as per Service Design guidelines
