Through the grooming and developing of skills and careers, we aim to train the youth to meet the 4IR needs of the economy. It is essential that future employees do not think of what they do as a job, but rather as a career – a journey.
In 2016 we launched our Boys2Men technological career path and mentoring program which thus far has touched the lives of over 145 young boys and continues to grow. The mentorship program focuses on exposing young boys to positive role models as well as instilling core values of integrity
and the necessary life skills that lead to success.
